Social Media Marketing and Events Manager
As a Social Media Marketing and Events Manager, you will be tasked with promoting insurance options in alignment with communication guidelines while showcasing the agent’s office personality and commitment to exceptional customer service, in addition to organizing various events.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Adopting a customer-focused approach to educate clients about their insurance options.
- Creating and executing marketing content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales through social media platforms.
- Has a deep understanding of Canva and Hootsuite to schedule posts.
- Actively engage on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook by responding to comments.
- Professionally addressing Google Reviews in a manner that reflects our unique personality. Responses must be personable and written in the first person.
- Identifying local community events for participation by the Sandra Suarez State Farm Office.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with local community organizations to increase marketing presence and ensure successful events.
- Organizing and managing events that align with the agent's mission and foster community building, including handling logistics and coordinating with community leaders and vendors.
- Collaborating with the agent to set and achieve monthly marketing goals via Excel.
- Regularly updating the agent's website on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Updating social media analytics weekly using Excel to track performance.
- Conducting monthly reviews of social media analytics with the agent to assess current strategies and tactics.
- Updating and creating signature s and on boarding documents for new hires based on the Electronic Library and Office needs
- Upholding a strong work ethic and demonstrating a total commitment to achieving success each day.
- Telemarketing: Engaging in customer and lead based outgoing phone calls sharing insurance options on a needed basis.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
